The new building is located in the beautiful countryside right in the forest outside the centre of the town. 

Pension Zákon guesthouse provides year-round accommodation in twin or threebed rooms with the option of an additional bed. Meals are provided on a half-board or bed and breakfast basis. 

The building is equipped with central heating and the rooms are furnished to a high standard with shower, WC, TV, satelite, and mini-bar. 

Direct access to the guesthouse by road is possible during the summer season, with a car park available free of charge. Call, and your luggage will be transferred from the car park to the guesthouse.

The building lies right on the longest ski slope of Hnědý vrch (Brown Hill) in the centre of the ski complex. Its position makes it an ideal location for both winter and summer holidays, for devotees of mountain hiking, and so on.
Guests can also make use of the indoor swimming pool and sauna of Hotel Energetik for a fee. The hotel is 600 metres from the guesthouse.
